Food was good, but service was rude and late. Ordered ahead to pick up, and still had to wait 15 mins. Order was then only put in when I arrived, as I understand Spanish. They also added a tip I didn’t give due to this bad service. Reported it to my bank.If I ever go back… cash only!!!

The food was absolutely delicious ? the service could have been a bit better in terms of friendliness and attentiveness. No issue on my end with the time it took to get my food as it was being cooked in the back so it came out hot good. They have somewhat of a bar and although I didn't have anything besides water/soda to drink the drinks I saw being made looked very tasty and refreshing. I will definitely be circling back to try some other items. I had the beef turnover, steak rice bowl, oxtails (to go), and my friend had the pork chop of course rice and beans. The portion sizes were filling couldn't eat it all in one sitting. If you're thinking of trying I recommend you do. Enjoy...

Food service have been nothing short of TOP TIER at Sol Café. In my humble opinion, one of the most underrated and deliciously curated Latino restaurants in all of Connecticut! I mean that whole heartedly and this place has continued to exceed my expectations. I’ve been a customer for almost 2 years, and I can’t be any more satisfied with my experiences throughout my time here! Cheers to many years to come!?
