Chipotle Mexican Grill - Torrington

It's disappointing because I've visited this restaurant many times, and each experience has been marred by a group of teenagers treating it like a hangout spot instead of taking the job seriously. They seem to lack fundamental skills in work ethics and customer service, which are essential in this business. As a well-known corporate chain, I am surprised that such poor management and lack of adult supervision are tolerated. I've always been a fan of the brand, but after this experience, I would rather drive to another location or eat something else entirely than return to this restaurant. The way it’s managed and the service I received were unacceptable. In fact, I ended up throwing my order in the backyard because they put onions on it despite my allergy. This is a terrible representation of the brand. Please don’t waste your time visiting this location! It’s no surprise it has a 2.5 rating; it truly deserves it.

I was craving some late-night Chipotle, so I decided to stop by. Unfortunately, they forgot to include my sour cream. It’s disappointing when you don’t get everything you paid for. I really need that sour cream!

Update: I took a few bites, and the meat is very dry and salty. It feels like they just gave me the dregs from the bottom of the pot. I'm really frustrated that I wasted my time and money—I should have just gone to McDonald's where at least the food is hot!

The parking lot was bustling when we arrived. We went inside, and I ordered a veggie burrito to enjoy in the car with my daughter. The burrito was so overstuffed that I could barely pick it up! It was absolutely delicious, and I ended up getting three meals out of it. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Best customer service since I’ve been at Chipotle. Cris and Fatima greeted us and Cris took and made our order. My quesadilla was excellent and my boyfriend’s Carnitas bowl was also excellent. The food was also very delicious !! Recommend the chicken :
