フィードバックを提供するNo había estado yendo por un tiempo, la última vez que estaba antes de la remodelación, y anoche fui con mi familia, tengo problemas con el gluten, y lo que fue mi sorpresa de que casi toda la tarjeta tenía una opción libre de gluten, casi me perdí mis lágrimas, hahahaha, es muy difícil ir a un restaurante y tener que comer ensalada y un poco más o ponerse mal, es murcia sin gluten que la elección fue sin gluten.
Nos ha encantado, está totalmente reformado, una alternativa a la comida de siempre , variada y riquísima, el servicio rápido y muy atentos. Sin dudar, volveremos. Muchas felicidades!!!
He ido muchisimas veces a comer y nunca me ha defraudado, ahora con el cambio de look está mejorado, ha quedado precioso y la comida sigue siendo estupenda.

We were looking forward to experiencing Beets Restaurant with our guests. We arrived at the restaurant on time, the lady who greets you and I use this term loosely, was on the phone, ok that 's understandable her colleague then came over, she didn 't acknowledge us and when the lady had finished her phone call she started to discuss something with her waiting colleague, still NO acknowledgment to us, she finally said hello and asked if we wanted the menus in Spanish or English, she then took us to our table which seemed an effort for her. When our server came to take our order I asked if the AC was working as it was extremely hot,she said it had just been switched on. After we had finished our main courses the waiter came over and asked if we wanted dessert without taking our main meal plates away, we chose not to have dessert and still after sitting there for 10 minutes our plates still hadn 't been cleared away.After 10 minutes of sitting there with our dirty plates in front of us I went to find out where our server was, he and the others were around the corner of the restaurant having a good chit chat with each other, I asked if anyone was still serving in our area. I decided enough was enough and asked for the bill. They clearly have a WiFi signal problem because he kept walking away with the card payment terminal to get a signal. It 's a shame the service is so bad as the food is excellent I wouldn 't mind but it wasn 't even busy and the table over from us had to go and find someone so they could also pay. Management really need to get a grip on the customer experience, your staff are lacking basic skills in customer service. As I said previously the food is excellent but it 's a real shame the front of house staff are not as attentive to detail as the kitchen is. DISSAPOINTED.
