Starbucks - Torrance

Sloppy drinks.. wait time for a bagel was 20-30 min. Allowing homeless is okay to be politically correct .. however it really ruins wanting to enjoy or even wait to have your order ready (smell, etc). Need to wipe down more often especially during rush hours. Idk about many Starbucks but this location is not great.

Wilson Park and Starbucks. It is a good place that provides convenience to us.

I tried to order a hot drink instead of a cold one, but all are busy to speak them each other with a joke and didn’t ask me if a hot or cold one.

The sausage bacon egg wrap is horrid. No seasoning at all and very dry. Will never order it again.

The place was filled with noisy teenagers when we went... but it 's near two high schools, so no surprise there. The guy working was clearly annoyed and not so pleasant. I empathize, as I 've worked in public facing service jobs. In light of this, I tried to be especially nice and ordered a matcha latte (it wasn 't for me). Waited for what seemed like a long time, and realized the two people who had come in after me were receiving their drinks while I was still waiting. I don 't think it was any more difficult to make than the others there were no customizations. After still a couple more minutes, the drink came out just as I was about to ask what was up. The person I bought it for said it was disgusting and dumped it out after a couple sips. She said it tasted mostly like milk and for 28 grams of sugar wasn 't very sweet, either. Apparently she 's had them before and said while they aren 't great, this one was exceptionally bad. I understand if someone is having a bad time and isn 't super friendly or perky, but the stone faced service combined with the longer than necessary wait for a drink that wasn 't made properly and was undrinkable absolutely sucks. I 've never been a fan of this location and now will definitely go elsewhere from here on out.
