Service, food, drinks were all very satisfactory, thanks!

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. They only offered a third of the items on their all-you-can-eat menu, with basic options like chicken breast. The customer service was incredibly slow and disappointing, and the restaurant itself didn't seem clean. I definitely won't be returning.

I visited the restaurant on a Saturday at 4:45 PM and was disappointed to find that they were out of many sauces, meats, appetizers, and drinks. The service was quite slow; our server informed us that our 90-minute dining time would start once we received our first course. After getting our drinks, spinach, and appetizers, we waited 20-25 minutes without receiving any of our meats. When I brought this to our server's attention and reminded him about the time constraint, he replied, “I’m busy.” I expressed that this was unacceptable, and he responded with, “I don’t know what you want me to say.” It’s clear that improvements are needed in both customer service and overall service!
