Mcdonald's - Torquay

We used to frequent the drive-thru at this restaurant regularly. Sometimes the service was excellent, but other times it was lacking. Eventually, we stopped going because issues seemed to happen more often than not. The milkshake machine and McFlurry machine were often not working, we would sometimes be missing items from our order, and we were occasionally charged incorrectly. Despite these issues, I give it four stars because the food was consistently great, with the exception of a sour milkshake experience a couple of years ago.

Went to Mcdonalds last night about pm waiting for a few mins at drive thru but no-one came to serve me so i drove off its not as if they were busy hardly any cars in car park and hardly anyone inside .. went back this morning and when mentioned what had happened all i got told was there was only members of staff on .. since when is that the customers fault.. they were not busy so there is no reason why i could not have been served really poor service

This one has the advantage of being right opposite the hospital so a great way to get the taste of antiseptic out of your mouth! It's also on the main road so does steady business. Never had to wait more than a couple of mins at the drive through and the food is always freshly cooked and the chips are hot which is a bonus compared to some fast food places. Drive through are always very generous with dips and extra salt etc. The chicken isn't free range so not very tasty but the burgers are always covered in a nice sauce

I love Mcdonalds food as it is cooked lovely and the fries are fantastic too and taste fresh.they do milkshakes and various other things too.Prices reasonable for a fast food outlet :

We used to frequently visit this restaurant's drive-thru. Sometimes they got our order right, but other times they made mistakes. Eventually, we stopped going because there were more issues than not. The milkshake machine and McFlurry machine were often not working, items were missing from our orders, and we were sometimes overcharged. Despite these issues, the food was always great, except for one bad milkshake experience a couple of years ago. I'm giving it four stars for the delicious food overall.
