What A Bagel - Toronto

This is a great bagel shop with a variety of bagel options for breakfast and lunch. They also serve coffee, and I tried the Americano which was delicious. The entrance is accessible with flat entrance doors that open simultaneously. There is a second exit door on the east side with stairs. They offer a range of delicious baked goods as well. Overall, I enjoyed the coffee and would recommend this place.

I had an incredible experience at What A Bagel St. Clair on Monday! I visited to work in a different setting and was greeted by the wonderful Makayla, who provided exceptional service. It had been a long time since I received such amazing and friendly service, so thank you for brightening my morning, Makayla! I visited this restaurant on Sunday morning and enjoyed some delicious freshly baked bagels. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially when they wished me a happy birthday and gave me a birthday discount. The best part was definitely their warmth and friendliness, which made my day even better. The bagels were delicious, so I will definitely be coming back here for my bagel fix in the future. We had Veg Bagel here. We are grateful for an amazing service by Elena!!! She helped us from choosing the bagel to making our Veg Bagel healthy and delicious!!! She is super helpful and her vegetarian choices for us were to the point!!! There is a cozy place to sit at the back. We also bought vegan cupcake which was super yummy!! And Rainbow ???? Bagel for our daughter which Elena recommended!! We will be visiting here more often

So disappointed with the person who took my order on July 27 around 10:15AM, seems she is new as someone had to train her on the till. Moment I walk in to make an order, she was very unpleasant, staring me down like I did her wrong, I let it pass she might be having a bad day. But she made me very uncomfortable the entire time. When she gave the receipt, she put it right in front of my face and proceeded to give me attitude. Waiting on my order, she would proceed to stare me down. I had to call her out and asked her if anything was wrong. I told the other lady who used to always take my order about her behaviour and she said, her face is like that . Is that an excuse to invalidate the way I was treated. Of course she would deny and act innocent. Do better with training your customer facing staff What a Bagel, your food is awesome but I never like the feeling of coming out of a business treated like a piece of s. I 'm not even exaggerating.
