The best service of all the tim hortons that i know, the administrator and her assistants have the best disposition to attend to the clients congratulations

I was on rush but their service was really fast at 5.30 am,

Ordered a caramel macchiato, wonderful customer service from Sony, always has a smile on his face!

One of the best branches. Smiling and fast stuff. Clean and neat place. Usually, I take coffee to go but this TimHortons made me want to stay longer and actually enjoy my cup.

Chose Tim’s cuz they are supposedly ‘convenient and fast’ right? Wrong. I asked for a bowl. Waited for a while and watched everyone else get their food before me, even those who ordered after. I thought maybe it’s because I ordered a bowl. Well, they finally called my name and handed me a wrap. I told the lady that I asked for a bowl and she barley acknowledged me. I was in a rush (hence why I chose Tims)... so I had to take my wrap disappointedly and leave. They earned 1 star because they are at least clean and the place has a nice atmosphere.
