From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the host, to placing my drink order and being seated, everything went smoothly—perhaps only about five minutes. The meal was served hot and tasted fantastic. Plus, the 80s music playing softly in the background added to the ambiance, while the cook's whispers created a warm, inviting atmosphere.
My family was in search of a delightful Hungarian meal when we discovered Nomad Steakhouse on Eglinton Avenue after visiting the neighborhood. The service was very friendly, with knowledgeable and attentive staff, and our appetizers and main courses arrived quickly. The food was delicious; the goulash soup was one of the best I've ever tasted, and the portions were generous. I will definitely return and highly recommend it.
I ordered the lobster mac and cheese, while my friend had the burger. Both dishes were delicious, especially the fries. The burrata appetizer was fantastic, and the owner even treated us to homemade donuts for free! The service was outstanding, and the decor is beautiful.
I love the restaurant. soft as butter Australian art, a whole chaos of medium-sized rare lambchops, jumbo garnelen cocktails, tuna tare-all big hits. and painless in contrast to most steak houses in toronto. only mis is the shameful, unstoppable crying list, but they work on it.
Fabulous meal overall! Steaks were well prepared. We added mashed potatoes and mushrooms which were a great addition. Dessert of Somloi Galuska was delicious! We will be back.
