フィードバックを提供するThe food was delicious and beautifully presented. However, the service was disappointing. It seemed like our waiter was ignoring us throughout our meal.
The leek and potato soup was thin and lacked flavor. The Cape d'Or salmon was overly salty, rendering it tasteless. The halibut meunière was smothered in heavy oil and also lacked any real taste. I ordered a Hennessy XO with a warmer, but the bartender informed me they didn’t have one and served the cognac in a warmed glass instead.
Service was great until dessert. We had to wait a really long time to get it and ditto for the bill.
Love the Fairmont. However, the brunch was not worth the price.
Service was great. Food was mediocre. Way too expensive for what you got.
