The staff was friendly and attentive. It's important to make a reservation well in advance, as it tends to get busy quickly. It's a great deal, especially when shared with a large group. There is also a nice selection of songs and videos.

Had a great time, always wise to go earlier, in the day when they probably did not book before, but it is almost always necessary for evenings and weeks! great song selection and fun rooms that we started our day with hours karaoke, brought into our own kitchen and order bottle service and drinks. hostess at the front were very helpful and in the position to make space in their booking when we wanted to extend for a few more hours and when we left something behind the room, we could come back and call them later in the night
