Byblos - Toronto

Great food, a very good wine list and cocktails were awesome. Had the tasting menu, probably the best food ever tasted to top it off with some chocolate mousse in the end . Such flavourful food.service was excellent. Looking forward to go again sometime soon.. must try place in Toronto...

The space could be a tale of two restaurants, the main level has a totally different vibe than the upstairs. My feeling was the main level felt more casual as if you were hanging out in a friends kitchen. Our server was incredibly articulate regarding the menu, as it was our first visit. Each dish was flavourful and unique. Terrific meal and is a guaranteed repeat visit.

We stayed at the Fairmont and were recommended Byblos by our awesome concierge. My boyfriend and I had such high expectations of what Byblos would be and it honestly did not disappoint. Although we waited over 45 minutes for a table it was worth it. The service was awesome, our server Joel was able to recommend us an amazing and different app and perfectly explained everything that came out. The presentation of the food was great and it tasted even better than it looked. We left Byblos very happy and will definitely be back :

Absolutely fantastic. The food was light with just the right amount of spice, and I drank the best cocktail I have ever had. I will be coming back on my visits to Toronto.

Excellent food and service. Always high quality. Server was very knowledgeable about the wine as well and recommended a fabulous wine to go with our meal. This is our second time here and we will definitely be back!
