I just received my order and none of it is what I ordered. I had ordered a Venti Ice Matcha and a cake pop, but I received different food instead. This is the worst experience!

This restaurant always exceeds expectations! We encountered an issue with a promotion, but the barista (Gwen, I believe) went above and beyond to assist us. I am grateful for the excellent service and will be visiting this location more frequently, rather than Yonge/Finch (read that location's reviews for reasons to avoid it).

Starbucks offers early morning delivery starting at 6:30 a.m. with quick service. My well-packaged items arrived in just twenty minutes, satisfying my hunger before I even had a chance to prepare something at home. Customers have the option to have items served as is or warmed, which is convenient. Delicious treats can be saved for later. I highly recommend the extra large blueberry muffins, steamed milk, and grilled cheese sandwich. The muffins are packed with tasty blueberries and have a crumble top, while the grilled cheese sandwich is toasted perfectly with cheddar cheese. Their chocolate chip cookies are also irresistible. Overall, this Starbucks location comes highly recommended.

I ordered mobile order for 2 venti cups and came to pick up around 1:40 PM today. When I came to pick up, one of them was only a half of cup, and the staff tried to say because I gave them recipe. But I always ordered at this location for 2 or 3 times a week with the same recipe and they were always a full cup. When I told them about the cup, they said because I ordered light ice, they can put more ice. What’s hack? I can’t understand why I have to pay for $7 for a cup of drink and they just gave me a half cup. It is so waste of money. The worst Starbucks experience ever
