Failing to change gloves is just as unsanitary as not washing hands, especially after handling raw meat! Customers would greatly appreciate seeing proper hand washing followed by the use of gloves that protect both the customer and the employee. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Don't be swayed by the appealing menu, as the food at this restaurant is subpar. The portions are small and dried up, making it hard to believe you actually ordered what was served. The "Big" option falls short, and even asking for onions might only result in a small accidental sprinkle if you're lucky. The fries are burnt, reheated, and fried multiple times, making them nearly impossible to eat. The baguettes are half the size of what you would expect, and the bread is chewy as if it had been defrosted in a microwave. Overall, any hotdog from another place would be larger and more appetizing in comparison.

I visited this restaurant two years ago to try their gourmet hot dog, specifically requesting no onions. Unfortunately, on my recent visit, not much has changed except for the price. When I ordered a hot dog with extra onions, the person serving me seemed annoyed. To my disappointment, the hot dog arrived with no onions and a pale-looking sausage. When I inquired, I was informed that the onions were not cooked yet, only being cut up. It would have been helpful if they had mentioned this when I placed my order. I decided not to eat the incorrect dish and requested a refund, which I received. The staff, particularly the young girls, appeared disinterested in their work. It was evident that the staff had an attitude problem. The cramped seating arrangement made it feel like we were sitting on top of each other. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant and would not recommend it to others.

Great afternoon at the Elvis week. Great atmosphere, everyone enjoying themselves and the weather was great! Well done the staff worked so hard with the crowds and in such heat, as we are in the middle of a heat wave. Bearing this in mind I think that Simon the young owner could address his staff a bit more politely as I noticed while I was in the queue he did not. To be honest I would of downed tools and walked out. Keep up the good work staff well done

Awful. Burger was so oily it slipped right out the bun. Was very tasteless, and the tomato wasn’t even a nice fresh slice, it was just the rounded skin edge which I threw away straight away. Soft drinks were warm. The food unit is run by really young girls who aren’t even the friendliest or seem like they’ve had much experience training at all. I’d avoid this restaurant if I go again.
