Wendy's - Topeka

I absolutely love the summer strawberry chicken salad; it's my favorite. However, I noticed that the combo price and the menu price didn't match, and the staff appeared uncertain about how to resolve the issue. Additionally, they were out of several items. Topeka, I know you can do better!

The service was quick, despite how busy the restaurant was. I had no idea until today that adding cheese and onions to the chili comes with an extra charge. The chili itself was enjoyable—just the right amount of spice without being too overwhelming. The Pretzel Bacon Pub burger looked really appetizing, but it didn't taste as I had expected. I think this location added way too much honey mustard, which masked the flavors of the beer cheese and the pretzel bun. I had a great experience during my last visit here two weeks ago, though it wasn't perfect. The restaurant was clean, which I appreciated, but cleanliness isn't my top priority as long as the food is of good quality. The food was cooked to perfection, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only issue was that they forgot to give me my Frosty, but I understand how mistakes can happen, especially during the busy lunch hour. Having worked in fast food myself, I know that employees can face a lot of pressure. I was also in a hurry to get home to my cats. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with a much broader variety than McDonald's.

I got NIE a meal where EVERYTHING was fresh and hot!! The BURGER was HOT! I couldn't believe it! You did a great job tonight.
