You can always judge a restaurant by their French dip and the Bonneville Brewery does a fantastic one. They offer grilled onions, peppers and mushrooms as an option. Great atmosphere and very friendly service. A large selection of crafted beers is also on the menu.
Wonderful experience! I went here on a date I ordered the pasta that has shrimp chicken sausage onions and red pepper in it. With garlic bread. The pasta was SOOOO DELICIOUS! My date she ordered a sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and veggies. She liked it a lot. We ordered the peach cream wheat beer on draft. Was literally one of the best beers I've ever had. It had good fruity cream notes but still tasted like a actual beer and you could taste the hop still. Perfect blend. We kind of felt bad but we did walk in 35 minutes before close. And they did not give us any attitude and they were still nice with a smile and professional. We ordered some mixed drinks as well and just remember you are in Utah and they're only allowed to put 2.5 oz of liquor or less in certain drinks. So you can't be complaining about a mixed drink being not strong because of the state we're in. As for anybody complaining about or concerned about the sticky tables, yes the tables are very sticky every single one of them. it's because they used a new sanitizing cleaning solution and it ate and ruined the finish on all their tables so they have to sand down and refurbish all their tables now. In my personal opinion this place was very affordable because I got a pasta which was more on the pricier side of the menu and she got a steak and we both got beers and a mixed drink and sides and we only paid $56 out the door and that was an amazing price for everything we got.
Stopped in to try out this place for a beer and lunch, it was about 2:30 pm on a Monday. So as expected it was not very busy. We went upstairs to the bar area where David was the bartender, nice guy, helpful, and attentive. We ordered a Stein of the Peach wheat ale and a pint of the Free roller session IPA. I'M generally not a big fan of the fruity beers, but I tasted it and it was a very good tasting beer. The IPA was a good tasting beer as well, but not so much on the hoppy side of the beer spectrum. We ordered The Southwestern salad which turned out great, and The Bonneville Cowboy Burger and Garlic fries, which mind you were on the good side of being heavily covered in garlic which was much appreciated. We will definitely stop here again when in Tooele town
Great Brew pub. Named after the great Salt Flats of Bonneville. Visited here on Monday. Wait staff was great and friendly. They were super busy over the weekend and out of some food items and beers I wanted to try. My wife?s steak was perfect my Reuben was really good as well. No wonder they were out of items. Definitely coming back to try some more beers and food items. The pictures were great of the racing done there. I actually remember the Blue Flame setting speed record. Over 600mph on land.
