Bubbakoo's Burritos - Toms River

This was our second time ordering from here, and we absolutely love the food! Everyone was pleased with their meals. However, it would be helpful if they labeled the burritos so we don’t have to open each one to figure out what's inside. Additionally, both times we've ordered the chicken sandwich combo, we didn’t receive the soda that was supposed to come with it—though I suppose that’s what you get when ordering through DoorDash. Aside from that, the food was fantastic, and we plan to make this one of our go-to spots!

The food here is consistently excellent. However, I have to mention that this is the third time we've ordered the chicken combos, and once again, we didn't receive the included drink. It's becoming quite frustrating. My recommendation: if you genuinely expect to receive the drink that comes with the combo, avoid ordering it! It seems like nothing is ever done to fix this issue.

They neglected to include three toppings in my bowl and also forgot my drink. The queso was quite watery and only half-filled in the small container. Definitely not worth the extra $4.

Missing my guacamole in the "guacamole bowl" and missing my fries :

I usually love Bubbakoos, but my burrito bowl tonight was terrible. First, there was NO chicken in my grilled chicken burrito bowl. Second, it tasted like somebody dumped an entire shaker of salt in it I could not even eat it, the salt was so overpowering. Lastly, not a huge deal, but I received pickled jalapeños instead of the fresh jalapeños, that I ordered. Im extremely disappointed in my meal tonight.
