フィードバックを提供するThe night crew at this location does not care about quality of food for the customers. My chicken sandwich was over cooked and onion rings drenched in grease. Whoever the manager is needs to make sure the employees want to work there and cares about thefood they are cooking for customers. Disappointed again?..
If I could give this negative or zero stars I would!! To start this off I had to wait 40 minutes!! Just for ONE SINGLE #1 meal. JUST ONE. And I had to wait about 40 minutes for it!? That is absurd! They didn?t even offer anything to make up for the wait ,just an apology. They said they had a mix up but made us wait 40 minutes before telling us that.Honestly I am extremely upsetabout this! I expected more than a single apology for this 40 minute wait for one meal.I understand its busy but for one mealjust to wait more than half an hour is not acceptable!!
If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered three number ones and a white chocolate raspberry shake and they asked me to pull up to the front. Which that isn?t a problem, we took a sip out of the shake and tasted like a vanilla shake. The lady came outand was about to give us the wrong order and she went back in. Then came back out to ask what we ordered, i told her the shaketasted like a vanilla shake and she was kind enough to make a new one for us(no charge).I had to tell her the order again, sheleft. Ten minutes after, they finally bring us our food. We get home, start eating and noticed that some of our fries were NOTcooked all the way. It was RAW!!!!! I will not be returning back to this location.
Order was fresh, the line went through pretty quickly. The drive thru representative Miss Desirae was very knowledgeable and professional about the whole process! Love the customer service!
My review is not about the place, rather it is about one employee. I believe his name is Brian . Every time I get food from this Whataburger, Brian seems to be my server and he always makes me feel like family. I saw earlier that he had a review fromsomeone saying that he was rude. I refuse to be believe it! Brian, is the example of a gentleman! I will be going back not forthe food, but for Brian 's customer service.
