Silver Birch Supper Club - Tomahawk

I gave it four stars because I had the New York strip which was grisly, thin and kind of chewy. I should have had the filet like my wife. It was absolutely fantastic! My wife also had the shrimp scampi add-on with her steak. Nice bar set up with a view of the lake. Inside was cozy with nice character and decorations everywhere. The oversized warm breadsticks were unbelievable! I could make a meal of those alone.

Really nice little supper Club outside Tomahawk. Service team was excellent, very personable ... really makes a difference. Food was very good. My GF enjoyed her chicken cordon bleu. I enjoyed the pork shank, and the gravy w parisiene carrots and brussels was exceptional. We'll be back.?

What a northwoods treasure Loved everything about it. I was celebrating my birthday and really enjoyed the food Steak was perfect the Chef/owner is really talented. We had the steak with shrimp I had a baked potato (very good) with my dinner and husband had the wild rice He liked the wild rice a lot. It came with a nice salad plate The staff were very good. Beverly was our waitress and she was very attentive. We dined out on the deck and it was a perfect night. I'll be back!!

I was really excited to get a recommendation to check out Silver Birch. Sadly I was let down. The cheese curds and duck ragoon were both very good. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly however lacked flavor. I shouldn't have to hit a steak with S&P from shakers after it's been cooked. The online menu showed scallops but they no longer serve them so I tried the shrimp. Tatsy but the texture suggested they were frozen. The twice baked potatoe was good but I was expecting more flavor. Overall good, but for what we paid, the value was not there. Our server was great, however this one lady kept hovering around, asking questions and making comments.

The food was amazing! It is pricey, but it is a supper club. Our server was very nice and actually used her own cell phone to play music for us! I would recommend sitting outside what a wonderful view! Our drinks were wonderful as well. Great plating, cloth table cloths, and napkins. Would recommend to anyone wanting a special dinner experience.
