Little portions for the price, but the food was good. Was not busy, but the nightlife can also be fun in the area.

For dinner. The food was fantastic. The staff was pleasant. The prices were reasonable. I'm back. More great things to try on the menu.

This is a fantastic Italian restaurant! I always order the espresso martini, which is delightful. My friend and I shared the chicken parmesan, and the portions were just right.

From the moment my family and I arrived, we were met with hostility from an employee named Susie. Despite the restaurant's website stating that walk-ins are welcome, we were met with annoyance, even though we were the only ones there and had simply come in without reservations. Susie's tone was rude and condescending, making it clear she resented our presence. She led us to a table and treated us like an inconvenience throughout our meal, calling us "kids" in a belittling manner, even though we were all adults. It's particularly disheartening to reflect on how I brought my friends and family—including my physically disabled aunt who is undergoing chemotherapy—to this restaurant after they traveled hours to see me. Susie’s treatment of us was shocking and, quite frankly, bizarre. This was undeniably the least hospitable experience I’ve ever encountered in a dining setting. Unfortunately, the quality of the food matched the poor service. My friend's appetizer arrived ice cold, and my meal—the Cavatelli—was disappointing: bland, served in a small portion, clearly microwaved, overpriced, and cold. Having worked as a server in the past, I have great respect for those in the service industry, and I've never left a restaurant without a tip. However, I felt compelled not to tip Susie given her behavior toward me and my family. I even wrote a note on the receipt expressing my hope that she wouldn't be as rude to the next table. In summary, I highly recommend avoiding M Osteria Toledo at all costs. Consider yourselves warned.

My husband and I really enjoy coming here. Great food, drinks and friendly staff! The interior is also very beautiful! Located downtown, but the paid lot directly next to it makes it easy to park.
