Kfc - Toledo

Went through drive through. My wings, mashed potatoes were hot! The lady at the window was friendly.Food: 5/5

My chicken skin was mushy and definitely not extra crispy. I drove back from Oregon to replace the horrible chicken and when I get home the chicken they replaced it with tastes like rotten old oil was fried into it and I’m not driving back again on a $40 meal. Your employee was sitting on his phone and when my son and I first picked up our order he took several minutes to even turn around and help us. Review your cameras. I will be calling corporate h.q. and letting them know that everyone I know will never eat there again! Pay your people better and teach them how to make chicken or close your location!

My visit was disgusting. Service was ok, but dining in took on listening to the employees complaining use of foul language, not to mention that I had my younger son with me. The food wasn't fresh I don't think I'll return again. Not like the original KFC. Shame Shame Shame.

Visited on a Sunday they had no change and no help for service food was kinda cold especially my fries but decent taste

They were fast and filled our order out correctly, what more can you ask for?
