フィードバックを提供するDuring my visit to this Arby's, a worker named Esten was very disrespectful to me and even called me a derogatory name that I do not wish to repeat. I hope that the management addresses this issue promptly by either firing him or talking to him about his attitude. I have attached a picture of the employee who served me at the drive-thru for your immediate attention.
I received the incorrect order initially, but the issue was resolved and a refund was issued to my card. I am giving this restaurant 3 stars because the food was overcooked and inedible. Food rating: 3/5.
I spent more than $30 at this restaurant only to receive most of my order raw or with missing items, including missing sauces. Despite the lack of other customers, the woman at the window was short and rude. I requested extra Arby's sauce for my two sandwiches and two fries, but instead received four packets of sauce. I also did not receive the horseradish sauce that I asked for nor the Bronco Berry sauce that should have come with the jalapeño poppers I ordered.
Can even get a simple order right. brings me to the “fresh product” when they are open 20 minutes ago and there are no customers in sight. should everything be ready at this point? had raised me, did not charge me for my full order, so had to withdraw and correct. then they brought out false sandwiches. when I returned, they asked for the sandwiches back! absolutely disgusting and not encoding. their mistakes are not the customers unhappy just remember.
Been here a few times now and except for one occasion when an item was missed, service and food is pretty consistent.Food: 4/5
