フィードバックを提供するThe pizza was a very satisfying but overpriced (but as an average for Tokyo) thin crust cake, but the highlights of this place were definitely the stylish atmosphere and the super-accommodating staff. We were a very annoying of 12 people who came into separate groups and were likely to wait a nightmare (because more people were joining and we kept our mind and moving places, we stayed too late), but the staff was super nice all the time and helpful about the vegan options.
You can create your own pizza with a variety of bases and toppings to choose from. The only vegan base option is Marinara, but you can still enjoy a variety of flavors by mixing and matching toppings. I particularly enjoyed the dough, which had a rich and fulfilling taste thanks to the addition of garlic. The vegan cheese cream had a texture similar to mozzarella and served as a good substitute. The restaurant also offers a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, including organic wine. I tried two different types of red wine and found them to be excellent value for the price of ¥650 per glass. The service and atmosphere were also top-notch.
There are many vegan options available at this restaurant, and they are clearly labeled and served promptly. The crust was crispy and cooked perfectly. I enjoyed being able to choose my own toppings. While the pizza was a bit expensive for the size, I still enjoyed it.
Public note that there is a strong connection between the quality of the food and the price. It is often said that it is worth the visit. Expect it to be worth the visit! 800 Degrees is a pizza chain from California where you can build your own pizza. We visited the Minami Aoyama location near Omotesandō station and were immediately impressed by the spacious and beautiful restaurant. The restaurant caters to vegans and vegan options are clearly marked on the menu. I chose the Marinara base and added soy cheese, vegan ham, and two vegetable toppings. The ham was nothing special, but the pizza was delicious, generously sized, and cost about 1500 yen. It may not be cheap, but it is a reasonable price for a wood-fired pizza in Tokyo. The service was friendly and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely dine here again.
