フィードバックを提供するサーフィン後に訪店 個人的に くちびるベタベタ系の 濃厚鶏白湯が好きで 日々探っております 特製塩ラーメンとチャーシュ丼を発注 オーナー様は並木商事さんで 修行されたそうで 並商ごはんもありますぜ かなり お腹いっぱいになります やはりサーフィン後のラーメンは旨い 塩分最高
塩ラーメンと並商ご飯を頂きました。塩ラーメンは濃厚鶏白湯です。1口食べたらなんと雑味の多いスープ。きちんと下処理してないですね。口の中が獣臭で凄い事になった。またこのスープに麺が合わない。麺啜る度アンモニア臭もする。この麺はメニューにあるさっぱり鶏ラーメンには合うかも知れないけど、鶏白湯には厳しいのでは?一蘭みたいな麺の方が合うと思います。後、並商ご飯もタレが甘過ぎてあくどい。私には合いませんでした。

This was my first time dining there, and I must say, the chicken in the broth had a delightful soy sauce flavor. Although parking was a bit of a challenge during my previous visits to Tokin, I found that the spacious layout of this restaurant made it easier to find a spot. I arrived around 12:30 on a weekday and was surprised to see a line of people waiting to get in. It seems this place is quite popular! I've been here multiple times before, and I recently visited the new location after their move from Togane to Sanbu City. While I don't mind a rich, thick broth, I personally prefer a lighter flavor, so I ordered the salt-based ramen. It was delicious as always! The rain and cold weather made it even more enjoyable—I'd say it tasted 50% better! I especially loved how refined the broth was. The chashu was incredibly tender and flavorful. As a resident of Sanbu City, I'm grateful that Gocchi moved here. I'll definitely be coming back!
