Food horrible fries overcooked chicken sandwich not made the way I ordered it was heated in microwave I assume was hot but was a hard piece of cardboard I used to love Wendy's but there food quality has gone down terribly paid 1.00 for bacon look what I got just disgusted with them

Flies are everywhere including in my drink. Customer service and speed are great, but the health department needs to close this location down until they can get things under control.

Terrible customer service. Tried to charge me $12 for two crispy spicy chicken sandwiches. These are on the value menu at $1.49 each. Managet was very hateful at the drive-thru and said they were $5 each. Dont think she understood what i wanted.

The employees were very pleasant. The fries, on the other hand, were not. They were very over done. Many were dark brown. And I think someone forgot to salt them. The strawberry lemonade was pretty tasty. A bit sweeter than I would like though.

I want to express my gratitude to Wendy's for hosting a car wash to raise funds for our competitive dance team. After the car wash, my family treated ourselves to some chicken, a bacon cheeseburger, and of course, a Frosty.
