Casino Cafe Grille - Tiverton

I came here for my anniversary. Our waitress was very nice and very helpful. I have a seafood allergy and they took it extremely seriously and honestly i think thats really helpful and reassuring. They took my allergy very seriously they also explained they prepared how they made my meal, so i wouldn't have to worry.

Absolute garbage! Only one server for the entire place. Waited 20 min to be seated, 10 min to be acknowledge! I asked the server what has changed there and why is taking so long for the food. She says the chef walked out and we are understaffed! No kidding! Food was sub par and boring. Drinks very good! This used to be a great place but now it’s terrible. The bar area is the only saving grace. I wanted to speak to a manager but was told nobody was available. What a sad turn of events for this place. We miss the old place.

I love going to casino but The smoking inside is disgusting it's like going through a cloud it really is not fair to the people who don't smoke They should've left it the way it was when everyone had to smoke outside when Covid was around And yes I realize they have a smoking free room Down the back but you have to go through the cloud of smoke before you get to it and there's only 120 machines in there why is it so hard for people to go outside and smoke Everything else is smoke free you don't see smoking in restaurants anymore it is really disgusting

Good food but pricey.......I know everything has gone up but $26.00 for fish and chips is a little excessive.

Please keep in mind this restaurant is in the Bally Casino in Tiverton. The food was good and the drinks were good. We ate ate the bar because they could not seat us in the dining room. They were understaffed. The food took a long time because the kitchen was overwhelmed by a large party. But we knew that. The bartender, Roberto, was excellent and kept us up to date on the kitchen and everything that was going on in the restaurant both good and bad.
