Starbucks - Titusville

This location is extremely popular, and there's usually a long line. So, be prepared for a bit of a wait. My favorite drink here is the cold coffee—it's just the right amount of sweet, so you won't need any additional sweeteners. It also seems to pack more of a punch compared to regular hot coffee.

UPDATE: I called corporate. They confirmed that not taking orders at the drive-thru is not their policy. I was told to expect a call from the district manager within the next 48 hours. SECOND UPDATE: I didn’t hear from the district manager, but after reaching out to the corporate office again, I went back to the restaurant to get the names of the staff for when the district manager does call. I learned that Chester, who claimed to be a manager, was actually just a barista and shouldn’t have been involved in my situation. I did, however, speak to Josiah, the actual manager, who did his best to make things right. He offered me a complimentary drink and pumpkin bread, and he was very apologetic about the situation. He promised to address the issue with his team.

Another one bites the dust—this place has an atmosphere that reflects the staff’s unhappiness. It’s disheartening. The service was decent, and the drinks were prepared correctly.

Awful. terrible. I just ordered a big cold brew with cream and sugar, and I think they forgot to pour every cold brew in my cup. this morning there was more milk in my milk bowl!

Stopped at the drive thru, my iced coffee was absolutely perfect. Made exactly right, how I ordered it. Girl at window was extremely pleasant. I was so pleased I chose this location.
