フィードバックを提供するThis was the first time in decades that I ordered pizza. Those who dine with us have always loved the thin Meat Lovers pizza. We always request it well done to ensure it stays crispy when it arrives at home. Unfortunately, this time it wasn't cooked enough, particularly the crust edges, which are usually done perfectly. As a result, the pizza wasn't as crispy as it should have been.
My pizza was terrible and cold. it was almost 30 minutes too late. after the app it should be delivered at 9:12 clock and I have called into their local pizza hat at 9:38 clock because it has not yet been delivered, I was put in the handle and no one ever came back to the phone! I waited for 21 minutes! what service is that? my food was finally delivered and it was all cold. the personal pizza we ordered was disgusting, hardly a cheese on it, I have pictures and the pizza saved if the pasta was tasteless and a complete drop in money. the other pizzas and broth sticks were cold, but could be reheated and could at least be eaten. the rest of the food was rough. a complete disappointment. we order pizza hat damn near every week and this is the first time we were so disappointed and mistreated, but they have lost loyal customers. they need to go back to learn how to treat customers because this is not the way pizza hat.
Was glad they had a pizza hat, I just pulled here and that's so great on the way to home and the pizza was delicious?
They provide the extra sauces and sides ONLY 25% of the time. I can't understand why order fulfillment is so difficult for them, it's the quintessence of the business.It was my fault for failing to rely on my past experience.
Cold food after waiting for it to be made fresh . Terrible parking lot, unfriendly staff. Over it.
