Little Caesars - Titusville

This place is definitely improving. A year ago, it really needed help, but I've noticed significant progress. They are clearly committed to putting customers first. The main issue seems to be staffing. I was on hold for 13 minutes, and when I arrived at the restaurant with my phone still on hold, there was only one person working. She was doing her best to manage the phones, assist customers in the lobby, and prepare orders. I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes for my order, but it was understandable given the circumstances. Despite these challenges, I still rate them five stars because the team that is present is genuinely hardworking. Keep up the great work!

Quick, clean, and delicious! A big thanks to Thor for the speedy phone order pickup and to Richie for managing the register, creating a friendly atmosphere during my visit. I'm grateful to the staff for a fantastic dinner tonight!

This is a fantastic spot for quick meals for the family when you don't feel like cooking.

About 3 Fridays a month I get a hot and finished and an order of crazy bread. I never have to wait. And they always give my 6 yr old some free cookies (which are really delicious and not just for their lol) the one time that I had a problem the store manager repaired it instantly with a message to come and get a free pizza from them. Great customer service. I think her current staff is all super friendly. It makes such a pleasant transaction.
