In all honesty, you wouldn't expect this university restaurant to be a top choice for tourists, but it was a pleasant surprise! The dishes are delicious, prices are very affordable (perfect for students on a budget), and the staff is friendly. This restaurant is open to everyone, no need to show a student card. Additionally, they offer a variety of Albanian specialties like qofte. The owner personally prepares the desserts. We dined here regularly, trying almost every meal on the menu.

To be honest, it must be said that this university restaurant is far from being the first place a tourist would look for to eat, and yet, it was a discovery! The dishes are delicious, the prices are more than affordable (yes, student budget) and the staff is friendly! This restaurant is open to everyone, without the need to show a student ID or anything. Additionally, you can try many Albanian specialties such as qofte or fasule, for example. The desserts are prepared by the owner himself! We ate there regularly. Almost every meal, actually.
