I received someone else's order today. There were only four cars in the entire parking lot, and I was the only one in the drive-thru the whole time. Since I live 25 miles away, I’m quite disappointed. Just yesterday, I ordered a Dr Pepper from this location, and it tasted like colored seltzer water. I don’t know what is happening there lately, but I’ve never encountered this many issues at this restaurant. They offered me a refund, but I would have to go in to get it. I will eventually make the trip to sort it out, but for now, it’s just been a waste of time, gas, and money. Please double-check your orders!
EDIT: Against my better judgment, I went back again, and surprise—it was just as bad. We pulled up to order and were immediately told, "We're out of lettuce." It was only 8:15 in the morning, so I can only assume they ran out days ago. I ordered a Baja Blast, but after the first sip, I realized it lacked syrup and tasted more like seltzer water. When the woman at the window asked if I wanted anything else, I ended up ordering a Sprite, which was also disappointing. Our food was slathered with an excessive amount of sour cream and sauces, and it was barely cooked. The Taco Bell in Tilton is likely the worst one in the state, if not in the entire world. They might as well just close it down and start fresh.
The soft shells were anything but. Obviously very old and the tacos themselves were made horribly. Sour cream all on one side. Just terrible
I got a 5 layer beefy burrito and a few Loco tacos. The gentleman there was kind, polite, quick, efficient, and my food was fresh. I let him know his Baja blast was low on syrup and he immediately changed it. Fantastic customer service.
