フィードバックを提供するIt's hard to mess up a subway sub. Unless its over or under filled. SO, yes, my usual tasted good. But the lady was chinsey (short- coming) on the request. The toppings and meat/ cheese didn't make it to the end of the bun. which irritates my OCD, cant even lie. I asked for extra pickles and EXTRA hot peppers and jalepenos (without the spice, it really isnt the same). She didnt even give me as much as im used to getting without asking for extra at other Subway restaurants. Which was disappointing. Moreover, when I called her out on the jalepano pepper situation, she seemed a little bothered. despite that there was all of about 6 slices of jalepano as I ignored the pickles and banana pepper, she added. wait for it. TWO MORE :O .. gee thanks. I brushed it off and ate it. But I have to give it just an average review because it is a customer- demand franchise, and they really didn't hit the mark this time around. Not Cool.
This review is for the Subway located at Sobeys-Plaza. Today, for the second time in two weeks, I witnessed a staff member handling cash and then proceeding to make my sub with the same dirty gloves. Whether it's during a pandemic or not, this is simply unacceptable. It only takes 45 seconds to change gloves and wash hands - it's pure laziness and lack of care. It should not be my responsibility to remind the employees of basic hygiene practices. Overall, the quality, efficiency, and attention to detail at this location has been lacking in recent months. While I understand the challenges of finding good employees in the food industry, there is no excuse for the attitude of indifference displayed by some staff members. Perhaps more training is needed to address this issue. As someone with experience in the industry, I know the importance of upholding high standards. Despite the shortcomings, I will now try to enjoy my subpar spicy Italian made with unwashed gloves.
The people behind the counter do not wear masks. the customers in the load do not follow the rules for distancing. the three subs after 4pm are a good thing. we stood at home to eat.
I ordered a sub. the order was correct. nice were fresh. will return to this sub-site. I tried other stallions and was not satisfied.
To the greatest part when we take the meal is as expected. we complained only in a matter, and the bungalow itself was quite simply stale. I'm sure this is rare, but certainly not appealing when it happens. they find out. after they come home and they just don't bother to go back
