Digne of a great gastro, without chichis!! A real surprise! The trout tartar, a refinement! Leafness of pigeon, stuffed bits, trumpet juice of death, an explosion of flavors, vegans, pass your way, cooking melting meat! We recommend I expected dessert! No disappointment! The gourmet dessert has 8€, in comparison to some low-end restaurants, which allow the same rates... I summarize: a gastro at very reasonable prices..
Thanks to the advice of friends, we have dinners at the tigne bass. Nothing to say again! A warm welcome, a welcoming room, not too large, as we love them. After having long hesitated, we opt for 2 stuffed cabbages with bits and foie gras: a slaughter!! Then, the cooked pigeon on the safe, perfectly mastery, stirred in season and a bar and mussel flan, cresson mousseline, there _ itself, fine, well cooked!! Despite a full room, the service is fast, effective. We watered the feast of a little saint Joseph. More room for dessert... Well, as we had regretted not having tasted some entries, re-diner to Mendikoa the next day, even regalade.chipirons, beef side Charolaise. Anyway, my new address on tignes...
Nothing to say again! Warm and friendly welcome. Very fast service. Presentation of the treated dishes and more they are excellent. Touches of originality and research on fresh quality products. The restaurant does not pay for a mine, but is well worth the detour, especially since prices are very competitive. An address to be remembered without a doubt! Well done to the team, it was a nice time.
A real discovery. A varied but not long map. A real plus. Everything is prepared by the minute, beautiful and very gourmet dishes. I really recommend during your visit to Tignes 2100
