El Guajillo Mexican - Tigard

Amazing food! This place has the best Chili Colorado I have had in 20 years. I have been searching for good, rich, dark red Chili Colorado and finally found it! Their chips and salsa were excellent and the Margarita was really good, too. I went on a weeknight and it was not crowded at all. Hope they get bust and stay around a while. Returned on October 12, 2020 and it's still as good as ever!!! Added more photos. Came in Feb 2021 and they have been doing well during Covid and their food is as good as ever.

Friendly staff, bustling dining room. Extensive menu, many unique menu items not typically found at standard Mexican restaurants.

The food is very good, full of flavor! Their water is clean. The margaritas are great! They have a perfect amount of alcohol so its not like you're drinking just a smoothie. The service is great too. There was a bit of a wait but it seemed like we came in between shifts, which was fine. We weren't upset about having to wait a bit; the food is very worth the wait! We will be back!

I love this restaurant! Amazing customer service and there food is authentic tasty! My favorite dish is there molcajete and Agua Chile. It’s delicious!

My family and I love this sit down restaurant. Magdalena is one of the best servers here who is friendly, on top of our needs and has even remembered some of our favorite dishes we order. The shrimp soup is delicious, the grilled chicken is addictive and much more. We have came here the last 6 years and will continue to come here. We have been real lucky to have this restaurant close to where we live. If we ever move I know we’ll still make the commute to enjoy the food, service and ambiance of this place.
