Cookout was very amazing and had very nice service.My stomach is full and the food was very tasty

Got the Chicken Quesadilla and a Strawberry Milkshake. I can say that the service and food was phenomenal.

The lady that was taking orders was so rude. One of us had never been to this place before and I had only been once before so we really didn’t know how to order because their menu was sort of confusing. So, we get up to the counter and we get a few words in for our order and the lady just walks away from us and helps take care of others. Then she comes back, has us repeat our order, then she walks away again. All in total she walked away from us four times and it took us four tries to get the order right. Then I tried ordering a large drink and she kept handing me the same cup and finally I tapped the cup I wanted and she said to me that’s called a huge. Ok lady, I obviously didn’t know so why don’t you figure it out. Why did you have to even more rude than you already are. Then we got the food. The two hamburger quesadillas we ordered barley had any hamburger in it. Probably not even a half a patty of meat. The two cheeseburgers we ordered were even made right. They were missing items and they were cold. I would ABSOLUTELY never recommend this location to anyone, not even my enemies. And why I say this location is because I visited the same place only in Kentucky and they were the nicest people ever.

The location I was at was disappointing. Walked in and waited about 5 minutes to even get my the lady to take my order, walked past me to fill her sofa soda cup. Walked past me again to set it down, then came over, and I was the only one inside. Inside tables were not cleaned off, seats were literally sticky. Ordered the 2 sides with my tray and literally only got 3 little onion rings. Slaw had no taste. Employee's seemed more worry about taking breaks (roughly 3) than anything else.

Food was hot and fresh. You get a good amount for the price. And loves the shake!
