I visited this service station as was passing thru and was hungry, stopped and see there was a kfc The service was great, but the young lady on the till. This was on Saturday, it was very busy and only had 2/3 staff members on from what I could see off anyway. There was a young lady called Louise or something she was very helpful. She was going from the back bit to the front to help the young lady. I thought she was very hands on and you can see she cares for her staff as she was willing to do anything and help her staff. Big praise to her for handing the difficult situation when busy.

Visited KFC and have never had such a slow service in all of the hot food facilities that I have ever visited. One member of staff was just standing there, doing nothing whilst chewing some gum in a food preparation area. Poor guy on the till looked completely overwhelmed with all of the customers and no support from the member of staff standing next to him. Help only arrived after we had complained about the food sitting on the racks getting cold. Car park needs resurfacing and clearer signs.

Wow, by far the worst services I've ever been to. Only stopped to use the toilets and then spent half an hour to get out of the place , absolutely chaotic !! Avoid if you can.

Out dated, tired. Broken glass all over the parking spaces. The slowest Costa ever and there was only 3 people in the queue. Toilets downstairs. No dogs allowed inside which means if you alone and travelling with a dog no choice but leave them in the car. Outside drinking bowls for dogs empty. No green space at all. No paths through car park either.

Gregg's opens at 6:30 am on Saturdays and Sundays, not at 6:00 am as stated on the website. They are not adhering to their advertised opening time. Thank you.
