Burger Barn - Thunder Bay

I was pleasantly surprised after being recommended this restaurant by a local while on a hiking trail. I was craving a beer and burger, and I found their staff to be very friendly.

Inexpensive and efficient - exactly what you want in a fast food restaurant.

I went twice in the same 3 week period just to be certain, but their burgers just melt in your mouth, and the flavor is out of this world. Usually the fries are perfect, but the first visit 3 weeks ago they were meh, but the last time they were perfect again. I defy anyone to tell me ANY chain is even 1/4 as good as Burger Barn.

Fast burgers and fries. Friendly service. Inside seating and outside seating. Available beer. Clean and bright

It certainly isn't the Prospector any more -- they are on Memorial Ave. Intercity. Take the extra time to drive there.
