フィードバックを提供するWe have been several times for the set lunch (its around the corner from the osteopath! . The waitress is friendly and very efficient. Its an old style brasserie not posh but full of local workers having the set meal which is varied, tasty and inexpensive. Tuesday was very cold and they served boeuf daube with mash or chips. Tons of it, beautifully cooked and warming for 9.90 euros Not open Mondays for lunch. We have been 4 or 5 times and had a different dish each time all good value. In Winter do not sit too close to the front windows like everywhere else in the region too cold Summer will be different of course. The toilet is not wheelchair accessible but I did it fine on crutches.
While driving through the area, we stopped in Thuir for lunch. Unfortunately, it was a holiday and few places were open. Fortunately, we found Brasserie Le Fourquet and went in. It is a small place with only about 7-8 tables. It is run by two sisters and a sister in law does the cooking. Two of us had the duck confit, three had salads and one had the grilled cuttlefish. The food was well done and delicious. All the portions were of a good size. Prices were reasonable and the service was excellent. If you are in the area, this would definitely be a place worth checking out.
