フィードバックを提供するFrostys we're good. They were out of bacon this day, and half the menu items have bacon, so that sucked. Normally pretty good food and good service at this one.
They used to be good, but recently they've been messing up orders and serving poorly assembled food. The buns are hard, and I'm simply disgusted after three mistakes and receiving unappetizing meals.
I visited this restaurant last week, and unfortunately, my order was messed up. When I went back just a few minutes later, they were already turning away customers because their system was down. The way they interacted with customers was quite rude. The wait times are consistently long, and today I spent about 20 minutes in the drive-thru. When it was finally my turn to order, they were turning away more customers, stating they were closing and had taken their last orders, and this was at 8:34 PM! They don't offer anything to compensate for the long wait, and it would have been helpful if someone had been outside or if there had been a sign posted to inform customers that they were closing early—this way, people wouldn’t be left waiting for 20 minutes. Overall, the customer service is terrible. They frequently mess up orders and are always turning people away. You’ve lost my business for good.
