Awful experience and I love in n out! I waited 45 minutes for 2 animal fries that never came out. I asked the counter multiple only for them to tell me it’s coming. It never did. I asked for a 6th time after being patient and the manager told me he had it and it’s coming up only to coke out with 1 order of fries‍ awful and even worse job by the manager who tried to make it right.
