Sachi Sushi - Thornton

Let me tell you about the fantastic food! We ordered calamari, gyoza, crab wontons, the American Dream roll, shrimp tempura roll, and the Ninja Fruit roll, and everything was absolutely delicious! We arrived around 8:30-9:00 PM, and our food came out incredibly quickly. This place gets a perfect 10/10!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted promptly at the door, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The drink menu offered a nice variety considering its size. There was a slight mix-up with our meal order, but our waitress and the kitchen staff quickly resolved it, and all the entrées came out simultaneously. The food was delicious; it was one of the best bowls of ramen I've ever had. My wife's mixed drink was also expertly crafted. The atmosphere is quite family-friendly, which is definitely a bonus. Overall, a great dining experience!

The sushi and bento boxes were tasty, but the service can be quite slow. While this isn't unusual for a sushi restaurant, it seems they are understaffed. Don't plan on grabbing a quick Japanese meal if you're in the food court; set aside enough time to enjoy a leisurely dining experience, or it might feel rushed. The food quality is high, especially the ingredients in the sushi, but the chef tends to use a bit too much sauce in their creations. The Sashi sushi roll, which is named after the restaurant, is exceptional, and I highly recommend trying it.

Great sushi date night spot! For a vegetarian option, I strongly recommend the tempura sweet potato roll and the peanut avocado roll. It?s exactly enough. Try the deserts! The fruit ninja roll was perfect for sharing and a really special pairing of fresh fruit and cheesecake.

Awesome ramen! Broth was very flavorful, pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and every flavor was distinct and worked well together. The spice was good, but could stand to be a bit stronger. Overall very good and will return!
