フィードバックを提供するWent to the store on Washington Street in Thornton in the drive through. I received the wrong order (unfortunately I didn’t check the order until I arrived at my destination 20 miles away), which happens but we received a sandwich I couldn’t eat due to dietary restrictions, so naturally I didn’t want to pay for one of the two meals. They also didn’t bother to put a receipt in the bag. I called the store to calmly discuss the issue and was told I would receive a call back from management to make things right. Due to no receipt (which again they didn’t put with my order) they didn’t bother to call me back. I spend $40 a week here, but never again. Terrible customer service will ensure I never go back.
If “zero” stars were an option, that would be my choice. I stopped here on my way home. Decided to go in. Two associates were at the door with a shopvac and a mop. The gentleman told me I could go “this way”. I told him I was fine, and walked straight ahead to the counter. Then as I am looking at the bread selection, the young lady steps in front of me. I didn’t say anything, and the gentleman proceeded to tell me “they have been trying to get this cleaned up all day”, and that is why he asked me to go around” he didn’t ask me anything . I told him “If you do not want people to walk in, lock the door! “ if it were truly an emergency your customers would understand. Needless to say, at this point I could not believe how rude he was. He then proceeds to tell me he was the manager, I didn’t ask . As I am now looking at the menu, he walks behind the register and asks to take my order. I order pay and leave. Never have I had a worse experience at a restaurant. And just to make this experience even better, this is what they call “soup”.Notice the spoon? Never ever again will they get my business.
Cutest cafe in Denver area. They have wide varieties of pastries and breads.
Worst breakfast I think we’ve ever had. McDonald’s has better pancakes. The breakfast sandwich looked microwaved. The coffee was too hot to drink and ridiculously strong. THE staff was just as bad as the food! Oh the carrot cake was just bad too. The frosting was over sweet and grainy. The other treats looked like they’ve been sitting for months. The drive through was busy and they’ve probably never been inside. It was filthy. Just an absolutely awful experience in every way. Oh and the restroom wasn’t good either. The toilet shook and sprayed all over. Zero stars if it was an option
I had a disappointing experience at this café. They only offer coffee and don't accept cash, which I found inconvenient. The selection of baked goods was also quite limited. It’s unfortunate because it feels like just another chain coffee shop. I reached out to them as they requested feedback, but I haven't heard back. This is another example of a company that doesn't grasp the importance of good customer service. I won't be returning.
