Good customer service and many options on the menu. the drive is slow, but eating is made fresh. the drive thru needs improvement because it has potholes and disassembles cement. friendly staff at the pick-up window.

They were literally half-frozen, had to go home and bake them done smh

Love the burgers here, I had to stop cause we don't have a Krystal any more..so I try to stop by often to get me some Krystal...love it

I usually love Krystal but next time I will now order only the burgers and Sweet tea! Their fries really seemed to need an oil change because several particles were sticking to them. Maybe it is just a gimmick to make them more crispy but it did not sit well with me. The Chili cheese pup I gave to the neighborhood cat after one bite and it made me wish that I had gone just a little farther down the road to Jimmie's Hot Dogs!

Employees pay more attention to personal matters than they do customers
