I waited until a young lady picked up the phone, but she sounded like she had a million other things to do besides assist customers. When I told her I wanted to place an order for delivery, she responded that it would take 2 to 3 hours. When I asked why, she explained that they only had one driver and he was busy with a large order for a baptism. I made the call at 9:15 PM, and it’s now 9:40 PM with the restaurant closing at 10 PM. That means customers would have to wait for their food until around 12:15 AM. I doubt that’s reasonable. It seems like there’s always an issue with their service, so I decided not to bother them anymore. Instead, we ended up ordering from Papa John's, who were more than happy to take care of us.
I ordered a large thin and crispy pizza with lite sauce, hamburger, and extra cheese. When I got home, it turned out to be neither a hamburger nor did it have extra sauce. I was really disappointed.
The food was fantastic, but there's a major issue with the ordering process. Why call in or order through the app if we end up waiting forty minutes for an order that should be ready in fifteen? It takes us about thirteen minutes to drive to Pizza Hut, so we place our order just before leaving home. However, once we arrive, we often find ourselves waiting another 20-30 minutes for our food! Today's order was supposed to be ready at 12:26, but we didn’t leave with it until 1:09. They either need to hire more staff or provide better training to help them prioritize their workflow. This is the third time we've encountered this problem at this location.
Depending on the people you get, the service you get is I of the order in the morning or in the afternoon and just keep to the dinner time
They said they would have the pizza out in 40min they didn't have it out till 1hr and a half later all cold :
