Chili's Grill - Thomaston

Consistently slow. They are short on staff. We waited 5 minutes for someone to greet and seat us. Table next to us had a small dog with them. Not on a leash and did not appear to be a service dog. I will not go back to this restaurant again.

We had a great experience tonight at Chili's. It was 9 of us. We ordered, got our food, ate, ordered desert and ate it and was out of there within an hour. Our waitress Becka was a awesome waitress and the cooks did a great job on our food.

Great place for a family outing, fun atmosphere to sit down for a while and enjoy your food, great customer service, and if you like the bar they have a really good selection

Delicious food and excellent service always contribute to a pleasant evening.

The service was fantastic—extremely friendly—and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this Chili's to everyone.
