Hotel location is in proper Trivandrum city so easy to check out nearby sights. Hotel staff was friendly and answered all questions patiently. The rooms are spacious food is good. Would love to visit again.

Grand stay, worst room service, worst amenities. water leaking bathroom, ac not worked, dirty floor and dirty bed, they did not even wash the bed sheets, no drinking water provided, no soaps or towels were provided. even if they complained about all this, they are very arrogant and blamed me for the worst service they provided. I ask everyone not to visit or book this place.

Likes the service of management. good rooms and other facilities. had a small problem with reservation, still they helped politely sort it. they even wanted to inform me about the place and their services. the breakfast was not good. easy to reach from the train station. near the secretariat.

A hotel has now been converted into the OYO flagship property. near gpo and old secretariat. lots of parking. I had two short stays. the rooms are clean, bed linen and towels clean. reception polite. the breakfast is limited, but delicious.
