Not hygienic and too expensive. Pineapple juice we have ordered is like കാടിവെള്ളം which we provide for cows. And cost is 123 rs per tiny bottles. Pakka cheating.

WORST SERVICE !!! Very bad experience ! we walked out without eating after waiting for 53 mins. 30 mins later we told them we are thirsty and to give some water and they dint give even that. When we asked after 53 mins they said ‘oh wait for 10 mins’. They should get more staff or only take enough customers that they can handle! Worst !

No blunder is worse than visiting this hotel on a holiday for lunch , the waiters ,inadequate in number,are too busy to listen to you. You are made waiting for long at the midst of a meal for a side dish or even for a glass of water. They promise to bring the dish you asked for and don't turn up.very pathetic service.

Me and my brother had lunch at Pankayam , we had the Kerala lunch in banana leaf, food was good but the servers never came back and asked if we need anything else. We have to wait and requested to get extra rice he saw our side dishes all empty but did not offer anything. It’s great restaurant but if the servers didn’t do the service it’s not worth it.
