Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Thibodaux

If I could give zero stars, I would, as this is by far the worst Popeyes in the area. The staff doesn't listen or pay attention to your orders. They give you what they want instead of what you actually paid for. It's just a few incompetent individuals who can't seem to get orders right or calculate the correct totals. The chicken was old, the beans were also stale, and the cookies were hard and dry. It's truly disappointing to have wasted my money at this location. I strongly recommend avoiding this place altogether; the one on North Canal is much more professional, and the food is always fresh.

I had a frustrating experience with the service here. When I tried to explain that my order was incorrect, I was dismissed and told I should learn how to read. Ultimately, it turned out that I was right and they had misunderstood my order. I won’t be returning.

I had shrimp and chicken with some garnishes, along with a frozen lemonade. Everything was delicious and definitely satisfying!

I like how clean it was. The worker was very nice. Didn't take long.well back.

My sister and I ate at this restaurant and had we went to the restroom first, we would not have! My sister went in the restroom and quickly came back to the table! She said the smell almost knocked her out! The toilets had not been flushed and were full of toilet paper! The condition of the bathroom was horrible and if it?s an indication as to the hygiene of the employees that work there, the Board Of Health should shut them down immediately! Gwen Tahan
