Chick-fil-a - Thibodaux

I should have just gone to McDonald's. Paying $9 for two muffins is outrageous. They also messed up my order; I ended up with a dry muffin.

I visited the restaurant on Christmas Eve to pick up a special deal: buy one order of 30 nuggets and get one free. The nuggets were fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly. It was heartwarming to see the customers who came in for the special, all sharing smiles and spreading the Christmas spirit. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

I never thought I would say this, but Houma, Louisiana has managed to ruin Chick-fil-A for me. I'm currently writing this review while waiting in the drive-thru, and after 13 minutes, only three out of 12 cars have been served. I'm stuck here wasting my time for a single meal that cost me $11. Fast food no longer feels fast. They need to get this franchise in order, or it’s bound to fail.

Bob is the #bestofbest … very attentive. Eager to please. This is the best Chick Fil A I’ve ever been to, and I get around.I don’t always rate them because you just expect greatness from Chick Fil A. They have raised the bar and expectations. I don’t even eat fast food anymore, except of course for “The Lord’s” chicken. So rating a Chick Fil A is like well duh.This store is different, and it’s in the best way!I would have taken a pic of Bob, but I didn’t want to make him feel awkward or shy and besides he was making someone else’s day at the counter when I waved bye thanking him one final time.Thanks to the store managers and to the team that supports Bob helping him deliver greatness… one right order at a time. #BestofBest #BobofBest

I came in with my 7.5 year old son who has nonverbal autism. I can’t let go of his hand even for a brief second as he is a runner and was by myself. I didn’t catch the guy’s name I think he was a manager, helped us a lot. By bringing sauce and napkins to table. And getting straws for us. Another team member helped bring our food to table. I had ordered my son nuggets combo with fries but also got him a fruit cup. In the distraction with trying to care for my son, I thought I was missing a fry. So I brought it to the guy’s attention but by the time he came to the table, I located the my son’s order of fry that I put in bag on side of table to make room. And let him know. He said it was no problem and had us still take the extra fry. Will never get that service anywhere else.
