The asparagus with crab meat, appetizers really good taste. The red snapper linguini good taste, fish a little dry for me The lamb they disappeared quite quickly
Probably the best Italian I had in the Houston area. All about Via Emilia us amazing. The service is perfect. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. There was never a bad court.
We love the atmosphere of Via Emilia! We had dinner here and really enjoyed the wild boar Gnocchi special (available by Oct 2022 together with the pollen alla parmigiana (I substituted Alfredo on the linguine instead of the Pomodoro sauce. The lighting is very dim, so I tried my best to illuminate the photos. They are very versatile and ready to swallow sauces if you prefer something else than the menu says. The Cannoli was delicious and remembered our time in Italy, I eat it before I could get a photo. The Tiramisu was also fantastic! My husband had self-control to enjoy it for three days.
It's been a few years since we ate in Via Emilia. The food was excellent. The service was great. We liked the pears with Gorgonzola appetizer, followed by linguini with red snapper and braided calfs ravioli. We loved it. An expensive restaurant, but it is worthwhile for food and ambience.
I dined alone while having my car serviced. Monday at 11am was perfect. I had the whole place to myself. Cozy atmosphere with an interesting playlist of music. The food was fresh, homemade and fantastic. I had a house salad, beef ravioli and a lemon desert with coffee. I totally recommend for a date night or just a casual meal. I will be returning.
